The newest addition to our practice is Trisha Blakesley who was born and raised in Orange County, California. She has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2013 graduating from California State University San Marcos. Trisha is board certified and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the California Association of Nurse Practitioners (CANP). Her work history includes Family Medicine, Corporate Health, and Emergency Medicine.

Trisha has over 20 years working as a Registered Nurse and experience in Medical-Surgical, Orthopedics, ICU, Emergency Medicine as well as Community Health. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University Fullerton. Trisha has also been involved with teaching clinical nursing rotations both in Orange County and North San Diego County.

Trisha enjoys educating patients and helping them achieve their healthcare goals and is excited to be joining Dr. Salada’s team.

When Trisha is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family in North San Diego County. She is married to a Fire Captain and has 2 stepdaughters and 2 precious cats. She loves to travel and learn about new cultures and experience new foods. Some of her favorite adventures have been a 4-day hike in Peru to Machu Picchu, exploring Italy, and enjoying the beautiful culture and beaches in Thailand. She also enjoys cycling on her Peloton, doing Pilates, and exploring the beautiful hiking trails in San Diego County.
